"Dear Folks at Kicks,

I first ran across your incredible ice cream sandwiches at Piedmont Market in Oakland.  I didn't buy them at that moment, but couldn't get them out of my head so I went back and bought them a few days later.  I and my whole family were thrilled!

I brought some in to share with my coworkers to rave reviews all around.  Which got my coworkers hooked so they started looking for them and discovered them at Farmer Joe's.  Not only did they have them but they had more flavors and they're cheaper than Piedmont Market. 

So, on the Friday before Memorial Weekend I decided I better get to Farmer Joe's and load up on the Kicks before they sold out, so I rushed out of the house and drove over.  When I got home all of a sudden my key wouldn't fit in my door.  I was perplexed.  Couldn't imagine what was wrong.  I look at the key and see it's bent a little and now I'm baffled.  And thinking through everything I realize that in my haste to leave the house to stock up on Kicks I pulled the key out fast and at an angle and bent it!  That's the power of your ice cream sandwiches!

Thank you, I LOVE your products and look forward to trying as many flavors as they carry (I hope there's a coffee ice cream chocolate combo cookie in the mix?.  I work at Mills College and forwarded your link to our Food Service to see if I can get them to carry them on our campus.

In any case, I will prowl and bend keys looking for them! Thanks for creating them."

"Hello Bob and Kicks Team:

Thanks you for donating your wonderful ice cream sandwiches. The kids (mostly Kinder -4^{th grade} ) had a blast eating ice cream and playing field games! Boy did we pick the right day –missed the rain. You should have seen the kids faces covered in ice cream. I brought a knife to cut the sandwiches in half for the kinder kids—but they didn’t need or want that service. They didn’t  leave a drop.
